It is really is upto you! This is tailored training to meet your needs.
We can help you with tools related to websites and social media. We also hold speacalist knowledge on Canva and Zoom. If there is anything esle, please let us and we can let you know.

That’s a good question! We offer some free events where we cover a range of topics. There is also the option to have a FREE 30minute consultation to see if this is right for you. Please note that it is only one 30 minute per person and there are limited spots each month.
All classes take place on a Zoom. We will send you the meeting id and password once payment has been received.
We are based in the UK but are open to support clients in other locations. We can work to teach at a time that is suitable for our clients.
At this time, we do not offer face to face nor in person training. All our training is done via Zoom.
Yes we do! This can take a two forms.
From time to time we offer group training on a particular topic or software. Some are free and for others there is a charge.
If you have a group of people who need training on a particular topic please let us know and we can arrange this. Email appoint@digitalmarketingeducation.co.uk
A session can last upto 2 hours. The minimum length of a session is an hour. If you book an hour, that lasts a year.
A two hour session can be carried out in one of the following ways:
- 1 x 2 hour session
- 2 x 1 hour session
Booking 4 hours with us can be carried out
- 2 x 2 hour session
- 4 x 1 hour session
- 1 x 2 hour session plus 2×1 hour session

This depends!
If you book one hour, there is only one session and you asked to book a date .
Booking a 2 hour session, this must be taken within a a 14 day period from the first session.
Booking a four hour session, please book your time slots within 1 month (30 days).
Refund & Cancellations
If you are unable to make the session, please cancel the session within 48 hours for a full refund .
No refunds are offered if the cancellation is made in less than 48 hours.
Once the session has been taught there are NO refunds.
Once the course has been taken we do not offer refunds. We strive to meet your needs and we will agree what will be taught on the session. If you are unhappy, we would like to hear your feedback.
If you would like to cancel, please do so within 48 hours. You will also receive a refund. Cancellation less than 48 hours will not receive a refund.
Yes you can. Please do this within 48 hours of the booking. If this is done in less than 48 hours we cannot offer a new date.
If you wish to offer a place to someone else, that’s fine. Please let us know their name, contact number and email address. You can do this by email appoint@digitalmarketingeducation.co.uk
Please note: It will be upto you to decide if they pay you for session or whether you offer this as gift.
